Bezalel, De-Souza and Plato-Sharon cultivate ties.
Not only Binyamin Netanyahu is strengthening ties with African countries, but also the businessman Shmuel Plato-Sharon. The latter is currently accompanied by Niso Bezalel, President of the Israel-Africa Chamber of Commerce, and together they are hosting Marcel Alain de Souza, President of the Organization of West African States. The goal: strengthening and developing economic ties and collaborations, mainly in the fields of telecommunications, medicine, infrastructure and solar energy.
De Souza landed in Israel yesterday (Sunday) as a guest of the Israel-Africa Chamber of Commerce and since Plato-Sharon, as it turns out, is an old friend of the guest, he also accompanied the visit.
Upon his landing in Israel, de Souza was invited to a celebratory meal at the Benny The Fisherman restaurant in Tel Aviv. Later, de Souza will meet with members of the Chamber of Commerce, while on Wednesday he is expected to meet with representatives of the Electric Company, Tahel, Bank Leumi, Bank Hapoalim, Solel Bon, Mer and others.
